5R Alpacas, our alpacas are not just animals, they are our "babies". We have become attached to all of them and enjoy their unique personalities. We purchased our dams and sires with great care to acquire the best of health, conformation, and fiber so that we can offer you the best quality in their offspring.

5R prides itself in the customer service that we provide. We feel that once we sell an alpaca to a customer that our job has just started. We are always just a phone call or email away to any questions that you may have. We have been raising alpacas since 1998 and can provide most answers based on experience. If we don't know the answer, we have a strong network of friends in the alpaca business with a lot of experience, so chances are slim that your question will go unanswered.

We also like to see our customers use the fiber they produce and enjoy helping our customers learn the whole process of taking their fiber from a raw state to finished products. We provide our customers with free lessons on washing, carding, spinning, knitting, wet felting, needle felting and weaving and love to learn about new things to do with our fiber.
